Vera Kamea, a Liechtenstein-born artist and jewelry designer, first established her jewelry practice in Berlin (DE) and has since relocated to Paris (FR).
Their work explores the reshaping of timeless design through the language of popular culture.
With a background in graphic and tattoo design, Vera’s pieces blend contemporary aesthetics with elements rooted in the experimental ethos of subculture, offering genderless fine jewelry with a raw finish.
Vera graduated from Kingston University with a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design.
PRODUCTION
Vera’s unconventional design background has allowed them to experiment with self-taught jewellery-making processes. Each piece is worked on by hand using experimental digital techniques and traditional craftsmanship, working closely with a caster in Paris.
All pieces are produced in limited small batches, made-to-order or as one-of-a-kind.
